We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 4th World Congress on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy)​, from May 3-5, 2018, in Paris, France. In preparation for this upcoming event, we would like to provide you with the below information for your perusal before traveling to join us at the COMy Congress:

Getting to the Meeting Hotel: 
Charles de Gaulle Airport: It takes approx. 40-50 minutes to arrive from the airport to the hotel & the cost is approx. 50-60 EUR. 
Orly Airport: It takes approx. 30 minutes to arrive from the airport to the hotel & the cost is approx. 30-40 EUR. 
There are 2 metro stations close to the Hotel Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel: Bir Hakeim (line 6) and Charles Michel (line 10). 
From Bir Hakeim take exit 1 Quai de Grenelle, follow the Quai de Grenelle for about 800 m (the Seine is on your right). 
From the Charles Michel station: take exit 1 Pl. Charles Michel: follow Rue Linois opposite you for 400 m, then turn right onto Quai de Grenelle after about 109 yds (100 m).

The Opening Session starts at 15:15 PM on Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 


Registration and Hospitality Desk
The Registration Desk will be situated on the 3rd floor of the Congress Venue and open during the following hours:
Thursday, 3 May - 14:00-20:00
Friday, 4 May - 8:00-19:00
Saturday, 5 May - 8:00-17:15

Please register upon arrival to receive your congress kit containing the COMy Program Book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc.  Please remember to wear your name badge to all Congress activities and social events.


Exhibition Opening Hours 
The Exhibition Area is located on the 3rd floor of the Congress venue in Amphitheatre C and foyer area, and will be open during the following times:
Thursday, 3 May - 18:45-20:15
Friday, 4 May - 9:30-16:15
Saturday, 5 May - 10:30-14:30


Meet & Greet Reception  
An informal COMy Meet & Greet Reception will be held Thursday May 3, at 19:15-20:15. All registered participants are invited to join us!


Invited Speakers Presentations
Speakers are requested to hand their presentation to the technician in the speaker’s ready room 2 hours prior to their presentation scheduled time. The Speakers’ Ready Room is located near the registration area.


Poster Presentations
Posters should be mounted on the boards provided on-site Thursday, May 3rd at 14:00, and should be dismantled on Saturday, May 5th at 16:45. The Congress Organizers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time 
Mounting material will be provided by the congress Secretariat.
Please check your poster number in the congress Program Book.
Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters to answer questions during the breaks as scheduled in the Program.

Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a Visa to travel to Paris. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website:

The weather in Paris at the beginning of May is usually quite pleasant, but cool. Average temperature is around 15-17˚C during the day, and an average of 7-8˚C at night.
